Ordering Information
1. Must paid 60% deposit when place an order (the company will not accept
the promissory note)
2. For customers who use ATM cash deposit, transfer, or cheque deposit
after bank operation hours, our company will need 1 day to confirm the
payment.
5. Customers who made the payment please email the payment slip to our
account department (RAZ Printing & Advertising - Maybank -
Acc No.: 5060 1661 3386) within the office hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am to
5.30pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm at [email protected]. Please
write down the job order number and contact number, so that our company
can process your order as soon as possible. If fax to account department
after the office hour, our company will confirm your payment and process
your order on the next working day.
6. Customers who made order and didn’t collect the goods within 30 days,
our company will not keep the goods, while the deposits and payments will
not be refund and will dispose the related goods.
7. Customers are advised to check the goods quantity and quality immediately
after collect the goods, if there is an error, please visit our company within
seven days or call +609-573 0216 to contact our staff, after the within period
our company will not be accepted.
8. If customers need to claim any order, our company will only accept reprints
and refund related payment, our company will not be responsible for any
customer loss.
9. Courier/ postage service will add 2-3 working days.

Submission File Format
1. Printing files must save in CMYK four-color format, if customer ‘s file is
RGB, Pantone color or other color format; our company will convert it
to CMYK four-color format. If the color variance caused by the color
conversation, our company will not be responsible.
2. CMYK color shouldn’t less than 8%, otherwise the color reproduction
will not obvious when printing.
3. File size must be 1:1 with the products, pictures, resolution is 300dpi
or higher.
4. There will have a certain level of colour variance compare with colour
proofing; the printing color will follow our company color standard.
5. Maximum size for proofing is A3 (420mm x 297mm), file which beyond
the above size will shrink to fit in A3 size.
6. Customers can not use computer monitor or proof provide by customer
as color standard.
7. Acceptable file format as: illustrator (maximum support for CS4),
Freehand (maximum support for MX), CorelDraw (maximum support
for X4), InDesign (maximum support for CS4), Acrobat Pdf (9.0), other
types of files types will not be acceepted.
8. Acceptable file format: *-psd, *-tif (compression by using LZW), *-jpg.
9. Our company will only keep your file for 1 month.
10. Picture file cannot too close to the bleeding line, if there any error,
our company will not be responsible for it.
11. Font can not less than 8pt, if print out not clearly, our company will
not responsible.
12. All C100, M100, Y100 and K100 percent (%) cannot be more than 250%
cause it will create printing problem. For Solid black colour, customer
require to fill up C50 K100 in the file.
13. Draw of line or curve should not be less than 0.076mm/0.25pt, it will
result in break or not printed.
14. Please make sure all the artwork must “Create Outline”, include PDF
format, which is to ensure your files will be smoothly printed.
15. The files needs to reserve around 3mm spacing between trim marks
to avoid cutting into the text.
16. Around the artwork name card, please bleed 1mm of actual size.
e.g. 9cm x 5.4cm = 9.2cm x 5.6cm
9cm x 4.5cm = 9.2cm x 4.7cm
17. Leaflet and Book, please bleed 3mm of actual size.
e.g. 21cm x 29.7cm = 21.6cm x 30.3cm
18. If customer artwork not bleeding, after cut have white space, we will
not responsible.
19. We are not responsible for any misplacement, pictures blur, spellings
or type error on customer’s artwork, we will only follow exactly the
files given by customer.
20. If booklet printed by RAZ Printing but finishing (folding, binding) handles
by client, we will not trim the printed sheet to avoid post press error.
21. Our company will not responsible for any artwork and content fill up
with overprint (Font, Picture...) which will not print out in final product.
22. Round Corner name card must label front and back, Round corner
position base on front page.
23. For Spot UV on text, small wording front size must fill stroke 0.5pt, we
will not responsible any defect it not comply above condition.
24. All text in solid black or grey, must fill in only black percentage, if
text fill 4 color black, print out colour running out of text. we will not
responsible.
25. If customer file have different double size, we will do with the large
size. Example: one size is 90 X 54, the other size is 90 X 51. We will
do with the 90 X 54
26. If the customer does not indicate the Front and Back in the artwork,
Lead to error artwork arrangement, the company will not be responsible.
